PES-31 ™ contains a mixture of live micro-organisms that digest petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants in soil and water. PES-31 ™ is derived from a university laboratory’s carefully catalogued library of over 1,300 microbes. PES-31 ™ microbes digest the petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants (bioremediation); the remains are harmless carbon dioxide, water and fatty acids.

For complete bioremediation, oil digesting microbes (PES-31 ™ ) need a neutral pH/non-toxic environment (6-8pH), oxygen, moisture, nutrients, and the food source itself (the oil to be digested). Application of PES-31 ™ is similar to farming:
• Till the soil. Remember you only remediate to the depth of your tiller.
• Stir and spray PES-31 ™ onto the soil. One gallon treats 2 cubic yards.
• Till the soil.
• Mix and spray PES ™ Nutrient Supplements. 0.4 pounds per one cubic yard.
• Till the soil. Continue tilling the soil as often as possible.
