Advantages
Removes oil stains from concrete and asphalt driveways, garages and parking areas Most cleaners just spread the stain, while others eat away at the surface. This product will soak into the surface and lift the oil out to a water suspension where it can be washed away. When applied to a stained surface, ECO-1TM breaks up hydrocarbons. It lifts stains from surfaces rather than dissolving or burning them the way acid-based cleaners and solvents do.
Technology
This technology uses microbes and enzymes to dispose of oil and grease safely and rapidly. These microbes and enzymes produce complex chemical reactions that metabolize oil and grease into carbon dioxide and water. Enzymes work by breaking apart large complex compounds like oil and grease into smaller molecules. The microbes then can readily digest these smaller molecules releasing the as carbon dioxide and water. The microbes and enzymes are completely safe because they are non-pathogenic, naturally occurring and salmonella free. The microbes are chosen for their ability to degrade hydrocarbons such as oil, grease, transmission fluid and gasoline.
Application

General Cleaning

Clean excess oil from surface. Spray product on oil / grease stain. Scrub area with brush. Wait a few minutes and rinse with water.

Automatic Floor Scrubber

Do not add product directly to the scrubber. Pre-spray the product onto the affected areas. Add water or cleaner to the scrubber and double-scrub. Allow the product to remain the surface a few minutes. Vacuum up the solution.
