Technology
This technology uses enzymes to dispose of FOG and food waste safely, rapidly and economically. These enzymes produce complex chemical reactions that metabolize organic waste into carbon dioxide and water. Enzymes work by breaking apart large complex compounds like fat, oil and grease into smaller molecules. This allows these molecules to be readily digested and released as carbon dioxide and water. This product is non-pathogenic and salmonella-free. A common problem in food service environments is the accumulation of oil, grease and food waste on floors, in cracks, under equipment and in drains. This accumulation can produce rancid odors and attract pests such as fruit flies, roaches and other insects. This build-up also causes dangerous, slippery floors, grease on walls, and clogged drains. The use of standard cleaners, hot water and bleach does not remove this build-up of fat, oil and grease. Slip and fall accidents are the most common type of accidents in food service operations. Standard cleaners do not remove greasy film, but re-distribute it over floor surfaces. Enzyme based products which only emulsify FOG, create problems with grease traps. The FOG does not separate from the surfactants and thus allows the oil to bypass the collection system and go straight to the sewer. Enzyme only based products will liquefy a waste, but not digest it. This causes the FOG to re-solidify creating blockages downstream.
Application

Mopping

Add 4 ounces to 1 gallon of water in bucket. Mop floor in a normal manner covering all corners, cracks, crevices and under equipment. After mopping is complete, pour remaining mop water into drains.

Hosing

Thoroughly apply to all floor areas including under equipment, in cracks and crevices. Rinse floor with water hose or power washer in the usual manner. If necessary, squeegee excess water into floor drains.
